Formed by many of the groups present at the 2017 Women’s March, thousands rallied for the “People’s March” in Washington, D.C. in support of women’s reproductive rights, racial equality, LGBTQ rights, and other causes.

Demonstrators surround the frozen Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to listen to a wide range of speakers just days before the Presidential Inauguration.

With such a wide range of groups and individuals involved in the march, the signs of protestors address issues such as reproductive rights, sexual assault, and equality.

A small group of religious, pro-life counter-protesters garner some attention from demonstrators attending the People’s March.

Many attendees of the 2017 Women’s March, the largest single-day protest in U.S. history at the time, were present at the event.
